Our external monitoring unit used in our RemoteReady plans provides 24/7 monitoring, conducts daily readiness checks without drawing power from the AED battery and sends us an instant alert if an issue is detected or the cabinet is opened.
Daily readiness checks
Your AED is checked remotely every day, with monthly evidence of readiness provided. Readiness checks are archived as evidence of readiness.
Instant cabinet-opening alerts
We receive an instant alert when the AED cabinet is opened. This allows us to respond to either use or theft and keep you covered.
Expiry monitoring
Battery and electrode pad expiry dates are tracked and then replaced, no extra equipment or labour costs - all included in RemoteReady plans.
External monitoring device
The monitoring system operates independently from the AED, helping preserve the device’s battery life and alert us to cabinet openings.
